These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website www.foreignbags.com, to placing orders via this website, and to all agreements resulting therefrom between you (the customer) and FOREIGN.

2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by FOREIGN, every order placed via the website, and every distance agreement concluded between FOREIGN and the consumer.
2.2 Before a distance agreement is concluded, these terms and conditions will be made available to you. If this is not reasonably possible, FOREIGN will indicate how the terms can be reviewed.
2.3 Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. Product Offer and Information
3.1 The offer on the website includes a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind FOREIGN.
3.2 Each product is accompanied by clear photos and a description. However, colors may slightly differ from reality due to screen settings.
4. Orders and Agreement
4.1 An agreement is established when you place an order via the website and FOREIGN confirms it by email.
4.2 FOREIGN reserves the right to refuse orders without stating a reason. In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.
4.3 You must be 18 years or older to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 All prices are listed in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the website.
5.3 Ownership of the product remains with FOREIGN until full payment has been received.
5.4 In the event of a pricing or product information error, FOREIGN reserves the right to cancel or correct the order.
6. Delivery and Shipping Costs
6.1 FOREIGN aims to ship orders within the delivery time stated on the website. Delivery times are indicative.
6.2 Delivery will take place at the shipping address you provide.
6.3 Shipping costs are specified separately during the checkout process.
6.4 FOREIGN is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure situations.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
7.2 During this period, you must handle the product and packaging with care.
7.3 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify FOREIGN via contact@foreignbags.com.
7.4 The product must be returned within 14 days after this notification.
7.5 Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
7.6 The full purchase amount (including initial shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return.
8. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken, as well as for personalized or custom-made products.
9. Warranty and Complaints
9.1 FOREIGN guarantees that delivered products comply with the agreement and legal requirements.
9.2 If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must notify FOREIGN within 3 days of receipt via email, including photos.
9.3 In the case of a valid complaint, FOREIGN will ensure free repair, replacement, or a refund.
9.4 Complaints must be submitted clearly and completely via contact@foreignbags.com.
9.5 The warranty is void in case of improper use, water damage, drops, or normal wear and tear.
10. Liability
10.1 FOREIGN is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or data loss.
10.2 FOREIGN’s maximum liability is limited to the amount of the order.
10.3 The information on the website has been compiled with care, but FOREIGN cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All rights to texts, images, logos, videos, designs, and other content on the website are owned by FOREIGN or its licensors.
11.2 It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or otherwise use this content without prior written permission.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

15.2 Disputes will be resolved in mutual consultation whenever possible.
15.3 If no amicable solution is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
